Returning an item? 

We like to see our customer happy, we understand that sometimes something just does not work out for you. Di’Gerari guarantees that you can exchange and return your items free of charge. As long as the items are still in it’s original condition.  

If you make a request for an exchange or return please do this within the 14 days of the item being delivered to you or from the pickup date. You can make a request by contacting sales@digerari.com . The refund will be placed on your Di’Gerari giftcard to make you next shopping experience pleasant and prompt. 

Original Condition 

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including: 

  • Hijabs and Turbans: the only item that cannot be returned are the breathable hijabs and the turbans because of hygiene, these goods are not exchangeable. 
  • Swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken.

Want to exchange an item? 

Items will be refunded once they’ve been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order. 

Returning a faulty or incorrect item? 

If you’ve received an item which isn’t quite right or is already damaged please contact: sales@digerari.nl with the order number. 

Responsibility 

Returned items are your own responsibility until they reach our warehouse, please make sure  the items are properly packed  and can’t get damaged on the way!  As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Di’Gerari will not be held responsible  for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
