Using the Di’Gerari webshop entails that you accept the terms and conditions stated on this page. This also applies to the customers that are not registered with us. Please do not use this website if you disagree with the terms and conditions.

www.digerari.com is a site operated by Di’Gerari, the brand Di’Gerari is registered in Europe and United Arab Emirates under the following company names MAD Trade BV in the Netherlands and Cousins Global FZC in United Arab Emirates. All sales and customer service are done through the registered office in United Arab Emirates and is located at Crystal tower, M1 Floor, Office 39, Business Bay, Dubai. Di’gerari ships worldwide, and offers different shipping services including next-day delivery. 

  1. Your status

Placing an order through our website means that you meet the following requirements: 

You are at least 16 years or older and if not, you placed the order under adult supervision  

You are legally capable to enter binding contracts. 

  1. The contract

After placing an order on the Di’Gerari website you will then receive a confirmation email stating the items that have been purchased. This is to acknowledge the fact that the order has been received and is now being reviewed in the system, to see if the payment has been received. After the payment has been confirmed the order will be processed and you will be notified by email when the product is dispatched. 

  1. Consumer rights

If you are contracting as a customer then you are able to cancel the order within 5 working days. Items may be returned within 14 working days please consult the return policy to view the requirements. 

  1. Availability and delivery 

The confirmation email will also have details regarding the estimated delivery date. A long with a track and trace code that will ensure the safety and whereabouts of the order.  

  1. Our liability

Should it be the case that the order is defective, incorrect or not delivered, then we are obligated to provide you with the following options. 

  • Send the correct item in exchange for the default item. 
  • Refund the amount paid by you in exchange for the item. 
  • Replace lost item.
